As founder of Viroan Realty, Ingrid leads with a strong commitment to integrity, hard work, and exceptional client service. Her expertise across both brokerage and property management allows her to offer clients a well-rounded and strategic perspective—whether they are purchasing a home, expanding an investment portfolio, or seeking reliable property management solutions.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Ingrid works with a diverse range of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors, providing personalized guidance and clear communication at every stage of the process. She is especially passionate about working with investors and developing practical, results-driven strategies tailored to each client’s goals.
Beyond her professional work, Ingrid is deeply rooted in the Central Florida community. She and her husband, John, raised their family in Orlando, and their children are proud alumni of UCF and FSU. A devoted parishioner of Blessed Trinity Catholic Church since 1996, Ingrid has been actively involved in faith formation, women’s groups, and parish initiatives including Grupo Guadalupano and Our Lady of La Salette.
Ingrid is also actively engaged in charitable and community efforts. She volunteers her time and energy with organizations such as Catholic Charities and Second Harvest Food Bank, coordinating food drives for those in need. She also participates in annual school supply drives and supports initiatives like Box of Joy and Thanksgiving food drives, helping ensure families and children receive meaningful support during the holiday season.
Known for her hands-on approach, attention to detail, and unwavering dedication to her clients, Ingrid strives to make every transaction smooth, informed, and successful—while continuing to serve and uplift the community she proudly calls home.
